At the end of August a new concept of customer relations programme has been tailored for the Centrum Ubezpieczeń i Leasingu Sp. Jawna Wiktowski/Wielkórecki in Konin.

It has been launched in mid-September and resulted in a completely new system of customer service in terms of insurance renewals (both vehicle and income protection).

Implementation phase is currently under way and will finish by the end of November. Thanks to this new channel for customer communication, Centrum Ubezpieczeń i Leasingu will improve its effectiveness and decrease current costs of managing contract renewals.
